As a Staff UX Designer at GE Digital, I worked on a high-profile project between GE Oil & Gas and BP to develop the Plant Operator’s Advisory System. This real-time monitoring tool improved communication between onshore engineers and offshore operators by identifying root causes of critical events with clear evidence. It helped reduce unplanned downtime, improve efficiency, and make operations more reliable and cost-effective.

Consumer Work

Here are some other projects I’ve worked on across various places. While I have 15+ years of experience in enterprise work, I've also ventured into consumer UX, especially at startups and small design agencies where I often worked as a freelancer or the sole designer. I tackled everything from brand identity to websites and e-commerce experiences.

This was a volunteer project to help set up the brand for CHI 2015, themed "Crossing." Inspired by the idea of "cross-pollination," I designed concepts featuring a butterfly symbolizing the spread of knowledge, innovation, and learning across the world. My concept was selected and showcased at the 2015 conference—a truly honorable experience. A teammate kindly helped animate the butterfly, which was featured in the opening keynote.

In my personal time, I've volunteered to design several T-shirts for a church's kids summer retreat.

I also enjoy working on personal art projects whenever inspiration strikes. Here are a few samples I'd love to share with you. ☺️
