A few more things I’ve made

Beyond the featured case studies and Cisco, another enterprise project I worked on was at GE Digital, where I partnered side by side with BP customers to co-create a plant advisory system. Although most of my 15+ years have been in enterprise UX, I’ve also done my share of startup and agency work, covering everything from brand identity to websites and print. When I’m not designing, I enjoy painting.

Cisco Marketplace: Cloud services catalog

Jan 2014 · Visual design manager

I led design for a networking management experience unveiled in the Cisco Live keynote, Cisco’s flagship annual conference. It quickly launched as Cisco Marketplace, a catalog where customers discover, try, and manage cloud services from both Cisco and its partners in one place.

GE Digital: A plant advisory system

Apr 2016 – May 2017 · Staff UX designer

A high-profile partnership between GE Oil & Gas and BP. I co-created the Plant Operator's Advisory System directly with BP's customer, shaping it from early concepts through the product roadmap. The system helped teams trace critical events to their root cause with clear evidence, reducing unplanned downtime and making operations more reliable and cost-effective.

CHI 2015: Brand identity for “Crossing”

2015 · Volunteer · 2x designers · Brand, T-shirt, print

A volunteer project to set up the brand for CHI 2015, themed “Crossing.” Inspired by cross-pollination, I designed a butterfly to symbolize knowledge and innovation spreading across the world. My concept was selected for the conference, and a teammate animated it for the opening keynote.

Chevron: Websites and product brochures

Jan 2007 – Dec 2008 · Contractor, Chevron Design Center

As a full-time contractor in San Francisco, I designed, built, and maintained intranet sites, product sites, and product brochures, improving how teams communicated and how easily people could find what they needed.
